Clients receive an unlimited, perpetual license for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., printing, sharing on social media).
• **Portfolio and Marketing Use:** By booking and engaging our services for non-commercial events, you grant Karma Studio the perpetual right to use the resulting photographs and videos for our internal portfolio, website, social media, and other studio marketing materials. If you wish for your images not to be used, you must submit a written **Opt-Out Request** upon booking.
• **Commercial Projects:** This clause does not apply to commercial projects. Rights and usage terms for corporate or commercial shoots are explicitly defined and agreed upon in a separate service contract.
• **Private Galleries & Retention:** Digital galleries for image delivery are secured and require credentials to access. We retain copies of images for a reasonable period for archival backup.
